Our Philosophy

Self-Confidence

Being confident is the reason kids can be bighearted and bold; Being confident is the reason kids can be decisive and stick to determination. Being confident is why kids can embrace the possibilities and seize the opportunities along the life journey. Parents are the ones who bury the seeds of self-confidence in the bottom of a kid's heart in the first place.

Parents' presence is not merely to give kids a comfortable and prosperous life but to provide kids with strength and show warmth from deep inside, allowing them to be confident enough to flourish and pursue dreams.

Introspectiveness

It is impossible for us to do everything for kids. The only thing we can do is to teach kids how to enjoy their own life experiences, face challenges, find solutions, learn to reflect on the whole process and work on being resilient.

As a Chinese proverb goes "Instead of thinking about catching the fish and doing anything, it is better to make a net and go get it." It indicates that it is not helpful to blame others or to escape from the responsibilities, instead, practice self-reflection.  We want our kids to understand that failure is a good thing as long as they learn from learning and think about thinking. We encourage kids to think reflexively, embrace difficulties, take challenges, and gain resilience. By doing so, they are able to fly up higher.

Self-Discipline

Self-discipline is the beginning of freedom, and the development of self-discipline starts with setting gentle and firm rules for children.

Self-discipline seems to be shining in some way and is more likely to achieve goals successfully as he or she knows well about boundaries and commitments. That is the reason why we think cultivating self-discipline is pivotal. We aim to guide kids to better deal with temptations and challenges no matter what difficulties they will face in the future while maintaining inner strengths and never giving up.

Freedom

Seeing each child's needs and giving them the freedom to explore the world and control their own future are our priorities and goals. During the exploration, kids may fail, maybe hurt, or maybe afraid. Still, as long as they are given enough warmth and light to illuminate their learning path, they will have the courage and ability to overcome difficulties to obtain the real joy of life freely.
